How We Do It
We combine your aims, our experience and the crew to craft a personal career-plan for each person. It shows them how to get from where they are today, to where they could be. This covers their work and experience onboard, as well as the training to do ashore. We hold them accountable for executing what they can control.
We work with you to look at how your crew will need to evolve. We take into account promotions, retirements, turn-over, changes to your fleet and so on. When we agree on a plan, we do it and keep you informed of the progress.
It sounds easy, but it isn’t.
