We are set up from the beginning to provide multiple- or single-nationality crew. We have deep crew-pools in key markets (Philippines, East Europe, Indonesia). To these we add up-and-coming nations. We always look for new sources we can develop. See our map to see where we are active!
We assess competencies using our own in-house tool. (CES is also available, but the output is not transparent enough to be a proper guide for an interview).
We are obsessive when it comes to crew-development! We impose a stringent “be ready to move up, or you move out” attitude. It may be demanding, but our experience tells us it is the best way to attract good people to your ships.
