Who We Are
Captain Nøstvik was responsible for the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association’s cadet-program in the Philippines from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020 he worked together with Carl in AboJeb, where he transformed the screening and assessment of crew. Prior to moving to the Philippines, Captain Nøstvik had over two decades of experience from the Norwegian Navy and Coast Guard, as well as extensive sailing-experience on almost anything afloat!

Carl Martin Faannessen manages and grows the business and handles the partnership. He comes from five years as Managing Director of Abojeb where drove their turn-around. Before that he spent 14 years in Maersk, 2 in Odfjell Chemical Tankers and 5 years in SN Power.
